Terminal projects are approached as multi-discipline programmes. Early FEED work explores marine access, berthing geometry, product receipt rates, truck / rail interface and site utilities. The terminal layout emphasizes segregated routing for deliveries, clear emergency access, and operational redundancy in storage and transfer so that maintenance or a single equipment failure does not halt operations. We plan terminal operations to support high throughput with optimized yard stacking, gantries for hose handling, and automated inventory reconciliation with SCADA / ERP links.
Environmental and community impact is managed via emission control, odor mitigation, noise reduction and stormwater designs. We also include logistics planning for inbound / outbound movements, truck marshaling, ISO / rail staging, and customs / clearance support where applicable. Commissioning plans include integrated system checks, leak tests, vapor control systems verification and emergency drills with local responders.
