We size dosing pumps and vaporizers to match the flue gas flow and NOx profile, apply feedback from plant analyzers for cascade control, and include heated lines to prevent ammonia condensation. Redundant containment, spill trays, and purge loops ensure safe maintenance and fast recovery. Control interlocks prevent over dosing and are coordinated with plant safety trips to maintain stack emission compliance.

We can integrate skid control with plant DCS or supply stand alone PLC systems with historian functionality for compliance reporting. Calibration and tracer testing are provided during commissioning to validate dosing accuracy and emissions performance under variable load conditions.
