Dedicated PM services covering procurement, vendor management, fabrication oversight, site supervision, QA / QC, schedule & cost control through to commissioning and handover.

Our PM teams combine technical oversight with commercial discipline. From vendor prequalification and bid evaluation to contract management and inspection planning, we manage the execution path with clear milestones, hold points and escalation matrices. QA / QC workflows incorporate traceability for pressure parts, NDE records, material certifications and test witness points in line with PESO rules. On site we provide supervisors skilled in ammonia procedures, safety stand downs, hot work permits and HSE reporting.

We maintain integrated master schedules, control costs with packaged BOQs and change control processes and present clear progress reporting for stakeholders. Risk registers are actively managed with contingency planning and remedial actions documented, and lessons learned are captured for continuous improvement.
